The main character of the short story I just wrote is kind of a douchebag and so I don’t know if there’s any reason for anyone to want to read this.  And while I did consciously realize early on that he would be a little crazy-ish and full of boredom like Jim Moriarty, I didn’t realize until I wrote the end that he almost jumps off the top of a building just like Moriarty.
